Your Impact

At Goldman Sachs, Workplace Engineering is leading our adoption of new technologies for communications and collaboration. Our innovation in web, mobile, social, collaboration and user experience is changing the way we interact with our clients and with each other.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on engineer focused on Microsoft 365 platforms and services. The candidate will work with global teams to deliver solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, compliance, and risk teams. Responsibilities include implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Copilot. The ideal candidate would have 7+ years of experience in these areas of technology.

How will you fulfill your potential?

• Manages Microsoft 365 environments with the latest policies, settings, configurations, and features to ensure full functionality, security, and system health.


• Design, engineer and implement solutions in coordination with global cross-functional teams


• Manage and assist during incidents and act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd level support teams


• Being on-call 12x7, once a quarter (schedule subject to change)


• Schedule, coordinate, and communicate changes in the environment

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 including setup, administration, migration and integration in a hybrid Exchange environment


• PowerShell scripting


• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment


• Strong communication skills, transparency, and ownership


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and management


• Microsoft 365 Collaboration platform management experience (OneDrive, SharePoint Online and Teams)


• Experience with system automation
