We are seeking a hands-on, user-focused technical lead to drive the delivery of end-user technology solutions that empower productivity and enhance employee experience.

As the Digital Workplace Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of bridging strategic vision with real-world execution - leading digital workplace initiatives, designing scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration across IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Productivity Solutions Delivery

  • Design and implement Microsoft 365-based solutions and other productivity tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Miro, Power Platform, Copilot, etc)
  • Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and user-friendly technology solutions.
  • Automate and optimize processes using low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Develop and maintain reusable templates, automation flows, and supporting documentation.

Project Leadership

  • Lead and deliver digital workplace and IT operations projects with a strong user experience focus.
  • Serve as both project manager and technical lead - coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure secure, timely, and effective implementation of new solutions and services.
  • Technical Expertise & Execution
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365 productivity tools, with a strong emphasis on user enablement.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on integration points such as Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and device lifecycle management.
  • Maintain alignment with IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with Digital Workplace Engagement Partner to drive adoption and user engagement.
  • Support strategic planning and continuous improvement for the digital workplace.
  • Develop frameworks and governance models to scale best practices across the organization.
  • Use data and insights to improve digital tools and the end-user experience.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Create and maintain technical guides, onboarding materials, and how-to documentation.
  • Share knowledge across teams and contribute to internal training for power users and IT.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365-based workplace solutions.
  • Strong project management and technical leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot), identity/access (Entra ID), and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
