Job summary

Koroseal Corporate Office in Medina, OH is seeking a Digital Solutions Coordinator to facilitate custom digital sales and oversee project execution. You will engage with customers, perform basic design work, and coordinate graphic design resources to deliver on client expectations.

Based at the Medina office, you will manage multiple projects, document requirements, and communicate proactively with customers and field sales to keep designs aligned with vision and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2–4 years of project coordination experience in manufacturing or design environment.
• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake for digital project requests to determine requirements.
• Review customer-provided art to confirm print suitability.
• Execute image searches and design activities to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to align images with design vision and project needs.
• Document and validate all customer requirements for digital projects.
• Coordinate with graphic design resources to deliver customer-approved designs.
