Job summary

Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a Digital Printing Manager to oversee the Louisville facility's make-to-order digital print environment. You will lead a hands-on production team, coordinate with design, customer experience, product development, and sales, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

This on-site role reports to the President of Operations and requires strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills, with occasional travel to support

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in digital print manufacturing.
• Experience with UV digital printing technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Manage daily production workflow to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across print operations, finishing, and scheduling.
• Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and safety programs.
