Our client Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an Digital (Voice Speech Tuning Audio Specialist/Engineer)-15166-Remote. Please review the below information for clarity on the position description.

Description:

Skills: Ability to listen to calls, review reports, and analyze data to identify areas in Natural Language Processing (conversational banking) that need to be tuned and update the tuning engine. The individual should have the knowledge and be able to implement changes to the tuning engine after identifying in grammar and out of grammar sets or understanding why the recordings were not transcribed correctly. Preferred skills include understanding how AudioCodes and Microsoft TTS/STT communicate with each other and the tools associated with researching unrecognized speech or false positives to then make proper adjustments to the tuning engine.

Top 4 skills:

  1. In-depth knowledge and work experience in completing speech tuning in a voice recognition application.
  2. Understanding of what to look for in data analysis and recordings to determine the best approach for improved recognition.
  3. Experience as an audio engineer or specialist to make recommendations to the vendor on what needs to be tuned.
  4. Understanding of how to create custom speech and working knowledge of Microsoft Speech Studio, Microsoft STT/TTS solutions, and preferably knowledge of AudioCodes portal or tuning process.
