Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Digital Video Coordinator – Boom to shoot, produce, and edit content focused on Noblesville Boom social channels, with opportunities to contribute to Pacers, Fever and Gainbridge Fieldhouse brands.

We're excited to add a Digital Video Coordinator - Boom to our Digital Video staff! This position will be responsible for shooting, producing and editing content with a focus on our Noblesville Boom social channels, but will also have an opportunity to produce content for all Pacers Sports & Entertainment brands, including Pacers, Fever & Gainbridge Fieldhouse. This role requires strong G League, NBA & WNBA knowledge, as well as an understanding of what video content performs best on each social media platform.
This position requires passion and excitement for digital video and how to create engaging content for fans of basketball and other entertainment. An ideal candidate has a high-powered creative mind, plus a strong understanding of brand goals and digital video trends. Being a strong, clear communicator is vital to success in this role.
Because this role will work across numerous properties, having an understanding of not only basketball, but entertainment at large, is essential. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in content of all formats, lengths, and platforms. This position will be well-supported by a creative team composed of social media managers, graphic designers, digital marketers and more.
This role will be in the mix as a primary team member traveling to events where video coverage is deemed necessary, including but not limited to away Boom games, WNBA/NBA events, larger content and community initiatives, and more. The role will work highly cross-functionally with our Brand Marketing, Game Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Basketball Operations, Community Engagement, and Ticketing teams, among others.
