Job summary

WareBee ltd. in the USA is seeking a Digital Twin Implementation Specialist to join our warehouse-focused AI team.

You will work closely with customer teams to set up their Digital Twin, clean and transform WMS data with SQL, and translate insights into actionable improvements on the floor. You’ll analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and guide changes in slotting, workflows, and data-driven operations.

• Fluency in English with daily customer interaction.
• SQL proficiency to clean, transform, and query data.
• Data-minded thinker who designs better processes through data.
• Practical, hands-on approach focused on delivering working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Connect & configure — work with customer teams to set up their warehouse Digital Twin and integrate their data (no code).
• Tame messy data — clean, structure, and transform WMS data using SQL so it’s reliable and ready for decisions.
• See & understand — help analyze warehouse processes, uncover inefficiencies, and turn data into clear actions.
• Guide action — translate WareBee’s recommendations into real changes: from how items are slotted to how workflows run on the floor.
• Drive improvement — support continuous improvement initiatives, measure results, and help teams scale what works.
• Be the bridge — support customer teams daily, making sure WareBee becomes a trusted part of how they run operations.
