Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an engineer to build high-fidelity virtual machine tools and real-time factory emulators in California. You will create exact digital twins of CNC centers and robotic handlers, integrating deterministic machine logic with NVIDIA’s AI ecosystem.

The role requires deep knowledge of G-code/M-code, NC kernels, PLC logic, servos, and kinematics, plus experience with MTConnect, OPC UA, and GPU-accelerated workflows.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of G-code / M-code dialects.

Responsibilities

• Build high-fidelity virtual machine tools and real-time factory emulators.
• Create exact digital twins of CNC machining centers, sheet metal fabricators, and automated material handlers.
• Bridge the gap between deterministic machine logic and NVIDIA’s physical AI ecosystem.
• Simulate, optimize, and verify toolpaths, cycle times, robotic tending, and cognitive anomaly detection.
