Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy Leader | Executive Search | Organizational Development | Change Management

Role: Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation & CIO Advisory

What you’ll do

• Partner with clients’ executive leadership—especially CIOs—to define, implement, and optimize technology strategies that enable business transformation.
• Lead platform and IT strategy engagements, architect solutions, and guide organizations through complex change initiatives.
• Advise CIOs and executive stakeholders on digital transformation, IT strategy, and operating models.
• Develop and implement platform strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation programs.
• Conduct strategic assessments, vendor selection, and implementation planning for large-scale technical initiatives.
• Guide adoption of Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices to optimize delivery and operations.
• Design scalable technology architectures aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Integrate AI/ML, cloud, and automation into transformation programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting services.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Support business development and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, or software development.
• Proven expertise in digital transformation, CIO advisory, platform strategy, and IT operating models.

• Experience in business development and mentoring junior consultants is a plus.
