Role: Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation & CIO Advisory
What you’ll do
- Partner with clients’ executive leadership—especially CIOs—to define, implement, and optimize technology strategies that enable business transformation.
- Lead platform and IT strategy engagements, architect solutions, and guide organizations through complex change initiatives.
- Advise CIOs and executive stakeholders on digital transformation, IT strategy, and operating models.
- Develop and implement platform strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation programs.
- Conduct strategic assessments, vendor selection, and implementation planning for large-scale technical initiatives.
- Guide adoption of Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices to optimize delivery and operations.
- Design scalable technology architectures aligned with business goals and industry trends.
- Integrate AI/ML, cloud, and automation into transformation programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting services.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Support business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, or software development.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, CIO advisory, platform strategy, and IT operating models.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and technology transformation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead project teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in business development and mentoring junior consultants is a plus.
