Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Digital Transformation & Integration Engineer to join our team at the Washington D.C. Navy Yard.

This hybrid role requires at least 3 days on site per week and offers work on advanced MBSE and PLM initiatives in a Navy program. The engineer will support CVN 78 Class design managers, driving iDS digital engineering practices, cloud-based data management on AWS, and digital twin readiness, with a focus on MBSE workflows and government data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in DoD/DOW contracts.
• 3+ years supporting MBSE, digital transformation, or PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Advance CVN CL iDS and Navy-wide digital engineering practices.
• Migrate paper-based workflows to digital environments.
• Oversee COMET, MBSE workflows, and PLM integrations.
• Provide engineering analysis to SDMs for technical authority.
• Interact with PMS 312/378 to support programmatic authority.
• Establish COMET practices, data rights, and use cases.
