Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to support digital adoption and technology enablement in Air Force or DoD environments. You will help design, implement, and sustain transformation initiatives across stakeholders, aligning technology with mission needs and organizational goals.

The role requires experience in digital adoption, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting digital adoption, technology enablement, or change management initiatives.
Experience gathering user insights and creating clear communications, documentation, training materials, or job aids.
Experience supporting organizational change management and helping users adopt new tools, processes, or ways of working.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint for briefings and presentations, and supporting or working within SharePoint and M365 environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate concepts.
Ability to brief leadership and align priorities around solutions.
Ability to guide users through digital tools like Power Apps or low-code platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and learn new tools.
