• Experience gathering user insights and creating clear communications, documentation, and training materials
• Experience planning and facilitating UAT, capturing feedback, and supporting deployment readiness
• Ability to translate complicated technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate digital solutions in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• HS diploma or GED
