Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior professional to lead digital transformation engagements in the US. You will collaborate with clients and technical staff to renovate technology and business models and guide governance and operating models to achieve strategic goals.

You will analyze digital performance data, assess infrastructure, and drive reusable best practices across engagements. Travel may be required; a strong leadership and PM background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

• Guides clients on governance, operating models, and capability development to support strategic goals.
• Analyzes digital performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Performs infrastructure assessments to identify gaps and enhance technical performance.
• Guides clients through transformation journeys by gathering user needs and proposing digital solutions.
• Ensures project work plans are developed and communications conducted.
• Manages projects to deliver on time, within budget and with high quality.
• Leads, coaches, develops and trains assigned consultants.
