Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a professional to support federal transformation initiatives using the MS Power Platform. The role focuses on developing automation, data analytics, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics or process improvement, with preferred experience in Power Platform and BI tools. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in business analytics, business management, or process improvement.
• 1+ years' experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Active Public Trust or suitability preferred; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate) preferred.
• Tableau or BI software experience preferred.
• R or Python experience preferred.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in helping the client transform its business through digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop new capabilities, processes, and procedures to enhance effectiveness and operational efficiency through automation, integration, and connection.
• Provide strategic program support for process automation, data analytics, and change management.
• Work within teams to implement transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.
