What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned digital transformation accounts, addressing client requests and issues promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
- Monitor client usage of document capture and automation solutions to ensure successful adoption
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and status updates for active client engagements
- Identify and escalate client concerns or service gaps to ensure quick resolution and client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field plus 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and project/task management tools (like Asana)
