Job summary

Philips is seeking a Digital Transformation & Change Management Analyst to lead data strategy for supply chain teams and design complex data structures. You will translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, drive reporting improvements, and deliver training for new digital tools across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating data delivery, utilizing Hadoop/Informatica/R/Python/Tableau, and supporting change management with clear communication plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Supply Chain, or Operations; or a Master's degree with no experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leads data template strategy from design through implementation, serving as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain Teams.
  • Designs and constructs complex master data structures to enhance data utilization and insight generation.
  • Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions meeting data warehousing standards.
  • Defines concepts to guide reporting and analytics development.
  • Uses statistical methods and data visualization to fulfill high-complexity requests.
  • Leads process improvement projects for reporting and analytics.
  • Applies a global approach to analytical solutions across the organization.
  • Coordinates technical data delivery and project implementation.
  • Designs and documents technical solutions using Hadoop, Informatica, R, Python, Tableau.
  • Supports change management for digital tool implementations with communication plans.
  • Develops and delivers training materials and sessions for new tools and processes.
  • Maintains documentation of master data processes and guidelines to ensure continuity.
