Job summary
CF&I Steel, L.P. is seeking a Digital Transformation Architect to drive the adoption of digital technologies across operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, industrial technology, automation, information systems, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, automation, reliability, or digital transformation.
- Experience implementing industrial digital solutions in heavy manufacturing environments.
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in steel manufacturing, metals, mining, or other heavy industrial operations.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
- Reliability certifications such as CMRP or CRE.
- Experience with SAP, IBM Maximo, AVEVA, OSI PI, Power BI, Azure, FactoryTalk, Ignition, Wonderware.
- Experience deploying predictive maintenance or Industrial IoT solutions.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital twin applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy to improve safety, reliability, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact digital initiatives aligned with business and operational goals.
- Lead asset reliability programs, including predictive maintenance and reliability‑centered maintenance practices.
- Drive equipment uptime and performance through data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Architect and optimize OT and enterprise system integration.
- Establish digital manufacturing standards, data governance, cybersecurity, and network reliability best practices.
- Develop real-time dashboards, KPI frameworks, and advanced analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Leverage AI, ML, and Industrial IoT to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve OEE.
- Lead workforce adoption through training and change management.
