We’re looking for someone like you to implement business analytics and processes, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experience s.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of AI solution architects, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and alongside subject matter experts, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and help develop user experience and user interface designs. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll work with your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll help deliver high business value products to the client and end-users. This position is located in Norfolk, VA.

You Have:

• Experience with using Micro sof t Office, including using PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word to develop creative, client-ready products
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment with the team to achieve consensus
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project time-lines and continual client delivery
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If you Have:

• Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital experience s that meet business objectives
• Experience with wireframing, and prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
