Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior project leader to run DT initiatives across classified and unclassified Raytheon environments. You will drive Agile and/ or Waterfall delivery, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and coordinate with engineering, security, and facilities teams to meet program milestones.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and 8+ years of experience in project management, including complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Active U.S. government-issued Secret clearance is required before start.
• U.S. citizenship is required and defense programs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution across classified and unclassified Raytheon environments using Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Plan and deliver scope, schedule, and budget for enterprise programs and site initiatives.
• Own scope, schedule, and stakeholder engagement; manage change control and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, security, facilities, and finance teams.
• Maintain EVMS/CAM, KPIs, and executive-level reporting; manage risks and mitigations.
