Digital Technology Program Lead-Tewksbury, MA Must have a current Secret clearance. 100% onsite.
Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Program Lead in support of the Land and Air Defense Systems. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing leadership and management of Digital needs for program(s) in Tewksbury, MA and across multiple distributed sites primarily in the Northeast. This role will require the individual to be based in Tewksbury, MA and cover other locations as needed.
This position may require the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Proactively engage in Capture and Proposal activities by collaborating with IPTs/CPTs, interpreting Digital Technology (DT) requirements in Statements of Work (SOWs), and developing accurate Bases of Estimate (BOEs) for future pursuits.
Partner with Engineering and Proposal/Program Management to define functional requirements, translate them into executable digital environment plans, and manage scope changes across development and collaboration environments throughout the program lifecycle.
Leverage strong experience in Project Management, Earned Value (EV) Management, and Control Account Manager (CAM) methodologies to support proposal development and program execution.
Oversee Digital task cost, schedule, and performance, including planning, scheduling, EV reporting, and variance analysis.
Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate DT-related risks and dependencies across the proposal and program lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly program reviews, proposal bid reviews, EACs, AOP inputs, Gate reviews, Independent Reviews (IR), and capital planning materials.
Work closely with cross-functional partners- including Engineering, Security, Operations, Manufacturing, and Integrated Supply Chain- and influence across multiple functional areas to ensure alignment on program and digital execution.
Champion and document innovative technical solutions for deployment across the broader Raytheon Digital community.
Provide daily leadership and oversight for teams operating software development, integration, and system requirements environments while ensuring compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and related security and infrastructure regulations.
Balance and de-conflict competing program priorities through effective project planning, collaboration, and risk management.
Coordinate digital infrastructure requirements with program teams, including physical space, power, cooling, and data center support needs.
Establish and maintain the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), tracking capital and expense spending year-over-year, and partner with Finance to ensure alignment with the program cost allocation model.
Partner with Cybersecurity to track and maintain compliance with DFARS, CMMC, and RMF infrastructure requirements.
This position is 100% on-site.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advance Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Working knowledge of Digital Technology infrastructure, software development, systems integration, and test processes across the full program lifecycle.
Proven experience managing Information Technology projects.
Experience working within program management and/or engineering environments.
Familiarity with contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), Bases of Estimate (BOEs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Demonstrated ability to model effective communication with internal and external customers, providing clear technical insights, status updates, and contractual deliverables at both strategic and tactical levels.
Ability to ensure Digital Technology scope is executed according to requirements and performance standards while applying thought leadership, innovative solutions, and cost-saving initiatives.
