About the Role A client of TEKsystems is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Digital Support Project Coordinator to support executive leadership across IT and business functions. This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating impactful presentations, managing communication strategies, and translating meeting discussions into clear, actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations with compelling visuals and structured agendas.
* Develop and execute communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
* Attend executive meetings, take detailed notes, and translate discussions into actionable insights.
* Track and report on post-meeting deliverables, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
* Collaborate with IT and business leaders to support strategic initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Advanced PowerPoint skills with a portfolio of executive presentations.
* Proven experience in communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong note-taking and synthesis skills, especially in executive settings.
* Familiarity with technology environments and business transformation projects.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or business analysis.
* Background in IT or executive support roles.
Additional Information
* Start Date: Onboarding may take 4-6 weeks post-offer.
* Travel: Minimal, fully compensated domestic travel may be required.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $68.00/hr.
