Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Digital Support Analyst to join a small engineering team focused on ensuring uptime for the digital display network.

You will handle frontline technical service requests for platforms including ad/content scheduling, on-display PC and networking equipment, web cameras, and cellular infrastructure. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, analyze logs, document incident outcomes, and coordinate with market technicians and internal engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Windows OS for tier1 diagnostics (performance monitoring).
• TCP/IP and fundamental networking knowledge.
• Local and wide-area networking skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and thrive in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and triage hardware and software issues across core communication equipment.
• Verify and reproduce system issues through log file analysis and data analysis.
• Document incident outcomes and prioritize escalated issues in the ServiceNow system.
• Support technicians and contractors in identifying faults and coordinating rapid resolution of outages.
• Collaborate with Digital Support Engineers to implement timely workarounds and fixes.
