Position Overview:

Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by providing tier two troubleshooting assistance. Ensures timely resolution of problems, informs customers of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues.

Experience with Clinisys (Sunquest) is desired.

Job Description
Education:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification & Licensure:

Application proficiency in the assigned area of responsibility, where applicable, within 6 months.

Typical Experience:

3 years of recent relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

Proven expertise in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support of the relevant application.
