Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of professional SEO, digital marketing, or website management experience.
• Growing expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with one or more SEO analytics platforms such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console or Google Analytics, with an aptitude for quickly learning new tools and platforms.
• Experience with or familiarity with email marketing systems (HubSpot) and strategy.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Stay current on evolving search behavior, including AI-driven search and algorithm changes.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and digital analytics (preferred).
• Relevant certification (Google Analytics, SEMrush Academy, HubSpot SEO Certification) or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SEO and digital research to support strategy development.
• Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive audits.
• Synthesize research findings into strategic recommendations with leadership guidance.
• Support technical SEO audits and analysis to inform strategy.
• Participate in discovery discussions to understand objectives, user behavior, and competition.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement strategy.
