Job summary

Celtic-Chicago-Inc seeks a Digital Strategy Specialist to blend strategic thinking with hands-on SEO, content, and email initiatives. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape digital direction, analyze keywords and competition, and translate insights into actionable plans for content creators, designers, and developers.

The role emphasizes bridging discovery, strategy, and execution, while building expertise and judgment through practical, data-informed storytelling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing/communications.
1-2 years in SEO, digital marketing, or a digital agency setting.
Growing expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization and technical SEO.
Familiar with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with email marketing systems and strategy (HubSpot preferred).
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to client needs, and collaborate.

Responsibilities

Conduct SEO and digital research to support strategy development.
Perform keyword research, intent analysis, and competitive audits.
Develop SEO-informed website strategies and content direction.
Support website strategy and optimization including site maps and IA.
Review designs and structures with SEO and UX in mind.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to implement recommendations.
Create SEO-focused content briefs and optimization roadmaps.
Monitor project performance and report to leadership with insights.
