Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced digital strategy consultant in Kansas to lead integrated strategies and activate plans that drive business outcomes. You will guide cross‑functional teams, present to senior stakeholders and nurture client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.

The role requires 7–10 years in digital strategy or related fields, agency or consultancy experience, and strong communication skills. Travel will be needed periodically as projects require.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, marketing technology, analytics or related disciplines.
• Experience working within an agency, consultancy or digital transformation environment.
• Demonstrated success advising clients and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of websites, demand generation, CRM, marketing automation, AEO/SEO, analytics and measurement.
• Experience with leading marketing, CRM, analytics and reporting platforms.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and contribute to agency growth.
• Willingness and availability to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, helping solve business challenges through digital, technology and data‑driven solutions.
• Lead the development of integrated digital strategies that align business objectives with measurable outcomes.
• Guide cross‑functional teams in translating strategy into activation plans and successful execution.
• Lead client presentations, workshops, proposals and strategic planning engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Evaluate performance data and provide recommendations for optimization and future investment.
• Contribute to the evolution of Global Prairie's digital offerings, thought leadership and team development.
