Overview

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Digital Strategy Analyst to play a key role in supporting the hotel’s digital marketing and distribution efforts. This remote-based role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data across multiple digital channels to drive insights, optimize performance, and support revenue growth across Crestline’s portfolio of hotels, representing a diverse mix of brands, property types, and geographic markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Strategy, the Digital Strategy Analyst ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and digital marketing.

This position can be based remotely within the United States.

Essential Functions
  • Collect, analyze, and report on performance data across paid media, metasearch, SEO, social, email, and booking channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize ROI.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with digital marketing agencies, revenue management, and brand teams to ensure alignment on strategy and performance goals.
  • Maintain dashboards and tracking tools for KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, booking pace, and channel contribution.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to assess digital positioning and identify opportunities.
  • Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and pacing across digital campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, hotel brand standards, and evolving digital tools/technologies.
Supportive Functions

In addition to essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive duties. The time allocated to each will vary based on individual property needs.

  • Participate in department meetings and assist in the documentation of action items and follow-through.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and system enhancements relevant to Crestline’s hotel portfolio.
  • Assist with cross-functional initiatives that enhance Crestline’s digital marketing capabilities or reporting tools.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support the department’s goals.
Additional Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or hospitality preferred.
  • Travel as needed for property visits, training, industry events, and corporate meetings.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
  • Experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, or metasearch is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
