Job summary

Digital Silk is seeking a senior-level Digital Strategist to lead client relationships and develop web and marketing strategies that grow their business online.

You will guide branding, design, development and marketing teams on building custom sites and campaigns, with a focus on showing value and upselling.

This is a full-time remote role aligned with US East hours (8am–5pm EST).

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch.
• 5+ years managing clients and internal design and development teams.
• 3+ years managing custom websites and marketing projects.
• Ability to create and present website strategies end-to-end.
• Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines.
• Proven expertise in digital space with solution-oriented thinking.
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks.

Responsibilities

• Create website & marketing strategies, and present them to the client.
• Create optimized header messaging for websites and guide designers on UX funnels.
• Lead website projects from concept to launch.
• Show value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth.
• Provide feedback to improve design/UX and marketing performance.
• Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation.
• Ensure projects are set up properly in the PM tool and accounts updated.
• Collaborate with marketing and development directors to ensure quality.
• Report to the CEO on team performance and metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch
• Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects
• Over 3 years of experience in managing custom websites and marketing projects
• Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
• Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines
• Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges
• Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks
