Job summary

FedEx in the United States is seeking a senior-level UX leader within the Digital Marketing department to own the UX strategy for a major product area and shape the user journey. You will drive strategic design decisions and influence how teams measure success while serving as a role model for craft and collaboration.

You will mentor junior designers, lead design sprints and critiques, and contribute to design standards, documentation, and tooling improvements.

Location Details

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. In lieu of a degree, eight (8) years of practical experience may offset education requirements.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years leading product design within digital teams. Experience with service design, enterprise UX, or platform design across UX, visual, and interaction design.

Ability to lead through ambiguity and uncover user needs. Effective communicator with influence across disciplines. Strong user-centered design process and fluency in design thinking. Exposure to behavioral data, experimentation, or research synthesis.
