Do you want to break into a new market selling innovative digital product solutions?

Launch is looking for a Digital Solutions Senior Sales Executive- Launch who will be responsible for helping us expand our presence in North America. Check us out: LAUNCH by NTT Data. You will be joining a team of digital, strategy, product design and engineering experts bringing digital product transformations to some of the world’s most interesting brands.

Additionally, the Digital Solutions Senior Sales Executive- Launch will be actively initiating and supporting pre-sales/sales efforts in pursuit of new accounts in partnership with the General Manager; as well as supporting those new clients along with supporting existing clients by focusing on the following: Customer relationship management, expansion of services within the account(s) assigned and ensuring the delivery team(s) delivers high-quality work.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  1. Originate and Close new businesses.
  2. Apply a deep understanding of industry trends, business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs / challenges of assigned accounts.
  3. Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth.
  4. Demonstrated ability to sell digital services with a primary focus on modern application development from product strategy through to scaling and support.
  5. Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $8+ million TCV.
  6. Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple executives within the customer organization.
  7. Sells to regional, large national and global accounts.
  8. Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate boardroom executive presence.
  10. Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years' experience selling in digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas.
  2. 8+ years' experience in consulting or IT services industries selling application services.
  3. 5+ years of selling Outcomes Based solutions in the services industry; strong experience with modern application development techniques/trends and depth in one or more vertical industries.
  4. 5+ years of experience developing and articulating a point of view on Generative AI and AI technologies with a focus on Med Tech and Life Sciences.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of UX/CX is preferred.
  2. Experience selling Agile based solutions with a knowledge of SaFE/Agile/Scrum.
  3. Experience selling SOW based work with teams vs. pure staff augmentation.
  4. Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations.
  5. Must be able to drive and lead business discussions with domain solutions support from practice managers.
  6. Excellent communication to communicate at all levels and presentation skills.
  7. Strong networking skills.
  8. Attributes include strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail.
