Work with business groups to gather and document business needs and processes
Develop enterprise business automation solutions using the toolset of the assigned projects
Collaborate with IT Applications teams to learn internal development processes and standards
Learn and apply the applicable toolsets to solve real-world business problems
Add value to the company through key IT projects and task deliverables
Credits toward a bachelor’s degree in IS/IT or similar, from an accredited institution
Relevant IT coursework completed successfully
Basic understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts
Must have an expected graduation date in Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028, or Spring/Summer of 2029
Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater

Demonstrated strong understanding of algorithms, systems analysis and design, database concepts, and networking concepts
Prior internship, project, or work experience involving software development, analytics, automation, or business process improvement.
Leadership experience
Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies, including AI and low-code/no-code platforms
