What You'll Do:

• Champion Innovation: Serve as the face of Quartic's technology, promoting our solutions through customer interactions and industry engagement
• Drive Customer Success: Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value
• Build Solutions: Create compelling demonstrations for new applications and solutions, collaborating with our engineering and customer success teams
• Architect Success: Analyze customer requirements and design Quartic solution architectures that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure and data systems
• Enable Growth: Partner with sales and customer success teams to develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals that win business
• Shape the Future: Provide valuable customer feedback to our product development team, directly influencing our roadmap

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with OT/SCADA/MES systems, either as an end-user or with a systems integrator
• Preferred experience in bio-manufacturing, chemicals, or CPG industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new data and AI technologies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
