Responsibilities

• Hands‑on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between third‑party applications across cloud and/or on premises using ‘Dell Boomi AtomSphere’ or Workato.
• Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integration implementations for our clients.
• Supporting developers and architects in managing and creating design, development, and maintenance documentation for each client.
• Adapting and implementing methodologies and processes.
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with external and internal IT partners.
• Managing the development of integration solutions and being accountable for development, unit testing, configuration, business readiness, and production support.
• Demonstrating proficiency with web‑service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, etc.).
• Working on implementations that execute in an agile fashion.
• Understanding customer requirements and developing integration solutions accordingly.
• Documenting the client’s system integration and reporting needs.
• Building integrations and configuring API or endpoint connection points as necessary.
• Identifying integration methods—middleware or custom.
• Building transformation logic by translating requirements into technical outputs, including data cleansing, aggregation, grouping, joins/merges, and elimination.
• Designing, developing, and delivering integration solutions to customers.
• Resolving integration issues by diagnosing, tracking, and managing the process from start to end.
• Customizing technical testing methodology and performing testing for all integration endpoints and data flows to ensure the integration is current and efficient.
• Producing the final integration deliverable, code base, or technical integration platform solutions (e.g., Workato recipe, MuleSoft solution, Dell Boomi script).
• Converting to the production environment and performing follow‑up testing to finalize system configuration.
• Providing change‑management support so end‑users understand the solution and can troubleshoot or adjust configurations.
• Mentoring integration architects and developers.
• Running SITs and UTAs individually and creating remediation reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in iPaaS integration technologies and complete implementation of Workato or Dell Boomi with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other major cloud‑based platforms.
• Experience integrating SaaS products and technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, and JSON.
• Knowledge of SOA, API, web‑services, message‑oriented integration, and streaming concepts and technologies.
• Understanding of Workday, Salesforce, and NetSuite integration methods.
