The Connor Group is seeking a senior analytics leader to advance data-driven decision making across finance, operations, and technology. You will shape analytics strategy, design scalable data platforms, and mentor teams.

You will collaborate with executives to translate complex problems into robust data solutions, implement Snowflake-based architectures, and ensure governance and security. This role offers growth and exposure to cutting-edge AI-ready data systems with impact on client outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent.
• 7+ years in data analytics, data science, or ML.
• 5+ years delivering analytics solutions in a consulting/advisory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and implement data warehouses and data mesh using Snowflake, dbt, Databricks.
• Develop governed, reusable, audit-ready financial data products.
• Design and implement AI-ready data architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning.

• 5+ years of experience delivering analytics solutions in a consulting or advisory environment.

• Design, build, and implement analytical data warehouses and data mesh architectures using Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, and similar technologies
• Develop governed, reusable, and audit-ready financial data products that meet compliance and quality standards
• Design and implement an AI-ready data architecture
