Digital Solution Architect

About the Role

The Client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Architect to design and deliver advanced digital solutions that leverage AI, automation, and cloud technologies. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures that accelerate digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital architectures, including data pipelines, ML models, APIs, and integration layers.
• Define standards and best practices for secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks.

AI & Automation

• Select, design, and integrate AI/ML models, NLP engines, and computer vision systems into enterprise platforms.
• Architect intelligent automation workflows using RPA and orchestration tools.
• Optimize AI performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across deployments.

Business Alignment

• Partner with business leaders and product teams to capture requirements and shape technical strategies.
• Translate innovation goals into solution roadmaps with clear business outcomes.
• Support PoC initiatives and guide pilots into production.

Governance & Security

• Embed privacy, security, and ethical AI principles into all solution designs.
• Define guardrails for data usage, model monitoring, and bias mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
• Work closely with Digital Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor technical teams on AI, RPA, and cloud-native best practices.
• Engage with vendors, partners, and clients as a trusted technical advisor.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and automation.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in API design, system integration, and data engineering concepts.
• Solid understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Experience with conversational AI platforms.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
• Exposure to data privacy, AI ethics, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
