Job description

The Solution Architect is responsible for driving end-to-end solution design and delivery for AI-driven initiatives. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in solution architecture, AI/ML concepts, and leading cross‑functional teams in a consulting or technology‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with clients and AI solution architects
• Design and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Ensure solution quality through oversight of testing and validation processes
• Facilitate user feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions
• Support project and engagement management including timelines, risks, and resource allocation
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI‑based solutions

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Program Lead, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams and methodologies
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics platforms
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in consulting or technology‑driven environments
• Exposure to enterprise AI solution design and implementation
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects

Education:
