Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
• Proven programming experience across full lifecycle.
• Ability to advise on technical and application aspects.
• Proven teamwork and motivation in challenging situations.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to document procedures in clear English.

Responsibilities

• Researches, designs, defines, develops, tests, documents and implements new applications or changes to existing applications following Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) standards.
• Installs software packages and/or PC software.
• Ensures hardware and software operate efficiently.
• Utilizes programming tools effectively to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Assembles and analyzes data relating to processing problems and seeks help when needed.
• Advises business unit associates on inquiries concerning systems in writing and/or orally.
• Participates in committee meetings on projects and internal IT committees.
• Provides training to other programming staff or business unit associates on topics or systems.
• Handles multiple assignments with varying deadlines simultaneously.
