Digital Social Media & D2C Sales Funnel Optimisation Lead (USA Focus)

LOFB International is on a mission to challenge norms, build a global movement around men’s mental health, and scale breakthrough consumer brands—from cigars to non-alcoholic beer—that make a real-world impact. We are seeking a highly experienced digital operator to elevate our social media, sales funnels, and online community-building efforts.

You will lead our digital marketing and social media strategy with a focus on D2C funnel optimisation across the LOFB Group, playing a key role in growing both brand and bottom line through innovative digital campaigns, community engagement, and performance storytelling.

Your Role:

Lead digital marketing and social media strategies focusing on D2C funnel optimisation across LOFB. Drive brand growth and revenue through targeted campaigns, community engagement, and storytelling.

Core Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Sales Funnel Optimisation
  • Manage social media strategy across all platforms (organic + paid) to boost visibility and conversions
  • Create and optimise sales funnels to convert clicks into loyal customers
  • Analyse data to improve campaign ROI
  • Develop engaging content (posts, reels, videos, podcasts) for multiple channels
  • Handle daily social media engagement and respond promptly
  • Design and oversee digital assets for LOFB and affiliated brands
  • Innovate using data insights to test new creative ideas
  • Maximise paid and organic media spend through precise targeting and testing
Online Community Building
  • Create digital spaces (e.g., Discord, Instagram) to foster brand advocates and influencers
  • Coordinate collaborations, referrals, and UGC campaigns
  • Promote LOFB’s mission: authentic conversations and community
Customer Experience
  • Improve customer journey from awareness to loyalty
  • Implement tools for personalised marketing and analytics
  • Lead CRM strategies, email campaigns, and automation
  • Maintain and scale web presence and digital systems
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years in social media, D2C funnels, and performance marketing
  • Expertise in CPG or lifestyle brands, preferably in the U.S.
  • Proficient in analytics, A/B testing, CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Odoo)
  • Creative with operational execution skills—content creation and conversion focus
  • Passionate about mental health, storytelling, and impactful brands
