Job summary

Dexian seeks a Digital Services Technical Manager to drive innovation and collaboration across diverse engineering teams. You will lead DevSecOps initiatives, manage high-visibility applications, and age-out mature software practices with modern tooling and AI-driven analytics.

The role requires deep AWS experience, 24/7 incident readiness, and strong executive communication. You will influence roadmaps, oversee CICD, and mentor engineers across security, automation, and cloud operations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience building/operating on AWS, networking, IT Security tools, databases and tools.
• Hands-on DevSecOps, security, automation, application development, databases, release management.
• Real world experience with establishing and maturing application development and CICD towards progressive delivery.
• Ability to work with Terraform for infrastructure as code solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity access management roles, permissions, etc.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD in enabling environments, feature flags, and DORA Metrics.

Responsibilities

• Be a key technical leader to drive maturity of current software development and continuous delivery of highly visible applications.
• Lead initiatives and build processes to advocate modern software practices through a DevSecOps methodology.
• Oversee and implement technology transformation initiatives, including AI and advanced analytics.
• Provide executive-level communication on status during major events and incidents.
• Draft technical responses to RFIs and align to roadmap and strategic agenda.
• Ensure standards within engineering teams and manage 24/7 incident support.
• Monitor observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch) and manage incident diagnostics.
• Drive standardization of processes to improve incident response and efficiency.
• Create documentation for incidents, root cause analyses, and mitigations.
