Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with Java/Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
• Cloud-native development on AWS; strong enterprise app experience.
• Ability to mentor, guide architecture, and occasionally code.
• Experience integrating with SAP or other ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical bridge between architects and dev teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead engineering teams through challenges and delivery.
• Provide hands-on development when needed and code reviews.
• Maintain documentation including architecture models and governance.
• Ensure agile delivery with well-defined Epics, Features, and user stories.
