Based in our National Support Center in south Denver, (I-25 & Colorado Blvd) Tuff Shed is recruiting for aDigital Service Delivery Manager, who is responsible for overseeing the delivery of innovative digital experiences across Software Support, Project Management, and Learning & Development teams. This role ensures reliable service delivery, drives operational excellence, and enhances the overall digital experience for Tuff Shed, Inc.’s team members and customers.

Do you have what it takes to be a successful Digital Service Delivery Manager?

This individual will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, maintaining alignment with business objectives, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.

The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:

Lead and develop cross-functional teams:
  • Directly manage and mentor team leads and individual contributors within the Digital Support, Project Management, and Learning & Development teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, cross-training, and professional growth within each team.
  • Provide clear guidance, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
Drive digital service delivery excellence:
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of Digital Support Services, managing escalation processes, ticket queues, and incident resolution.
  • Oversee the successful execution of Digital and business projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead the development and deployment of effective training programs that support business needs and employee development.
Operational strategy and process improvement:
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes and workflows across all teams to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure success and drive accountability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
Budgeting, asset management, and vendor relationships:
  • Assist the IT Director in developing and managing budgets related to Digital Support, Project Management, and Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Oversee licensing, procurement, and inventory of IT infrastructure and software assets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality support for Tuff Shed, Inc.’s digital ecosystem.
Stakeholder communication and reporting:
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete communication to leadership regarding risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Regularly report on team performance, project milestones, and training program outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, end-users, and business units, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT support services, infrastructure, and service management tools.
  • Understanding of instructional design methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Azure) and enterprise IT environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form.
  • Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that are grammatically correct and create a professional image for Tuff Shed, Inc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executives, management, suppliers, customers, employees, and commercial accounts in a wide range of situations.
  • Ability to effectively present information orally in one-on-one and small group situations to company leadership, customers and other employees and if necessary, the public.
Experience:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in IT service delivery or digital operations management preferred.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in budget management and vendor relationship management is preferred.
  • Project management experience implementing cloud-based and leading edge enterprise technology.
  • Expertise in Enterprise ERP type software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Nextworld, NetSuite and Salesforce is highly desired.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Enterprise software in the cloud is highly desired.
EDUCATION:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or ITIL certification is a plus.
