• 4+ years in Customer Success, CS Ops, or Marketing Automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine digital CS campaigns and journeys.
• Maintain program governance with regular checks and updates.
• Manage vendor partnerships and performance cadences.
• Create and update playbooks and enablement materials.
• Plan webinars and scalable content with Marketing and CS.
• Collaborate across teams to reflect real account realities.
