Job summary

Hibu is looking for college graduates or new entrants to sales to launch a rewarding career in digital marketing. You’ll start with a 3‑week classroom training plus 9 weeks of field coaching to learn how to help small businesses grow online.

You’ll earn a base salary of $55,000 with uncapped commissions, targeting a Year 1 OTE of $90,000–$110,000. The role offers hybrid flexibility, full benefits, and clear paths to leadership in a community-focused team.
