In this dynamic role, you will act as a trusted Marketing Consultant, primarily focused on acquiring new clients and driving their success through our state-of-the-art digital marketing services. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospects, demonstrating the significant return on investment BizIQ’s products offer, and closing profitable deals efficiently—often within 30 days.
Objectives
- Achieve monthly sales goals by planning and executing daily activities to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Meet monthly MRR goals by acquiring and retaining clients to ensure recurring revenue.
- Drive revenue through closing deals that meet monthly fee goals.
- Make 60-70 outbound calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations to showcase BizIQ's digital marketing services, aiming for high conversion rates.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase client value and revenue.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention by setting clear expectations and upholding sales integrity.
- Document all sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Engage in continuous learning of sales methodologies, strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Adhere to remote working policies, ensuring productivity in a virtual environment.
- Participate in team and departmental meetings, sharing insights to drive success.
Competencies
- Build rapport with prospects, uncover needs, and close sales effectively.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to address customer inquiries.
- Conduct initial outreach efforts to generate leads.
- Listen attentively to identify customer needs and offer solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales, including reviewing contracts and terms.
- Manage time efficiently handling multiple leads and activities.
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Track key sales metrics to drive results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Experience and Education
- At least 1 year of inside sales experience selling B2B solutions in a high-volume environment.
- At least 1 year of full-cycle sales experience with a strong “close on the spot” approach.
- Experience in driving top-line revenue in transactional sales environments.
- Experience using CRM and web presentation tools.
- Digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Participating in video calls with the camera on.
