We are looking for a driven and innovative Digital SalesDirector to join our BTN Group . As our DigitalSales Director for Northstar’s Business Travel Group, you will lead domesticand global business development efforts focused on digital and integrated mediasolutions tailored to the corporate travel market.

This high impact,revenue-driving role blends strategic sales, partnership development, anddigital innovation to expand our digital portfolio growth and delivermeasurable value to supplier and ad agency partners. You'll collaborate closelywith business development directors across our global offices to craft andexecute audience-first, data-informed sales strategies, while partnering acrossdepartments to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions.

This is a remote position and is open to candidates basedin the United States. We also have an office in Rutherford, New Jersey, NewYork City and Los Angeles for those who favor being in an office a few days aweek.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive digital revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly and annual salesgoals through strategic planning, client growth, and new business developmentin collaboration with international business development teams
  • Apply consultativeselling techniques to align client objectives with Northstar’s digitalcapabilities, delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Work directly withdigital ad agencies to build new relationships and grow share of digital spend
  • BTN digital pipelinemanagement - Working and driving the global sales team for opportunity creationand conversion, and serve as the primary point of contact for management teampipeline updates
  • Foster a culture ofinnovation and performance by contributing ideas and engaging incross-functional discussions around new product development
  • Monitor market trends andthe competitive landscape to effectively position the Northstar-BTN globaldigital portfolio to agencies and suppliers targeting the corporate travelmarket
  • Proactively prospect,cultivate, and manage relationships across global territories in closecoordination with regional business development directors
  • Develop compellingproposals and presentations and respond to RFPs with speed and precision
  • Collaborate with internalteams on pre- and post-sale analytics to provide clients and stakeholders withtransparent, results-driven campaign reporting
  • Conduct in-personmeetings with clients and partners to strengthen relationships and identify newopportunities
  • Deliver accurate, weeklysales forecasts and maintain up-to-date pipeline reporting

Must-Haves: The Essentials for Success:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; master’sdegree a plus
  • 6+ years of digital media/marketingsolutions sales, including experience with:
  • Experienceworking and partnering with digital ad agencies
  • Exceptionalconsultative selling skills and the ability to convey complex digital andsolutions with clarity and confidence
  • Deepunderstanding of the corporate travel market, with a global perspective
  • Proficiencyin CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and digital advertising models
  • Ability to traveldomestically and internationally, while operating in a fast-paced remote environment
