Job summary

WXIX-TV/Gray Media is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to support the sales team in Cincinnati. The role requires coordinating with the corporate design team on digital ad creative and working with sales managers to identify local revenue opportunities.

You will schedule campaigns, assist with key accounts, and develop performance reports for ongoing and past campaigns. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with training provided if needed.

Job Summary/Description:

WXIX is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant. A qualified candidate for this position must have strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in our fast-paced environment. This position works directly with the sales department, other station departments, advertisers, and agencies on a daily basis to ensure that campaigns run as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with our corporate design team on digital ad creative
• Work with sales managers to create local revenue opportunities
• Schedule new digital campaigns
• Assist Media Executives with overseeing key station accounts
• Revise and optimize current digital campaigns
• Develop digital performance reports on current and past campaigns
• Accurate order and copy entry and copy in Wide Orbit for broadcast and digital

Qualifications/Requirements:

• College degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Candidate should have experience in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook and be proficient in data entry.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience with social media, paid digital ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Creative/Design platforms like Photoshop, and digital traffic systems such as Google Ad Manager is a plus.
