Job Description

Airbus is looking for a North America Digital Risks & Opportunities, Process & Quality Manager to join our North America Digital Governance team. You will be involved in driving rigorous compliance, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables, and upholding full alignment with Airbus standards across both Airbus Commercial and Helicopters in the North American region (United States and Canada).

Meet the Team

You will collaborate across the broader Airbus Global environment and cultivate a strong worldwide network inside the Governance Community. Our team focuses on exchanging best practices, evaluating central policies, and seamlessly incorporating global standards to champion continuous improvement across North America Digital. Because these entities have dependencies with Airbus Europe and India, you will coordinate across continents and diverse cultural mindsets. The role requires an office presence 3 out of 5 days per week, with domestic travel and occasional international travel to Europe.

  • Deliver strategic leadership across quality and compliance domains, ensuring alignment with the Airbus Business Management System (BMS) and EN9100 requirements.
  • Act as the primary focal point for all digital audit engagements and regulatory assessments, steering the efforts of the Digital Quality and Compliance Specialist.
  • Synthesize complex risk environments and build comprehensive performance reporting dashboards (via Qlik Sense, Tableau, Google Studio) to provide data-driven recommendations to senior executive leadership.
