5 Hundred Degrees Design Studio seeks a detail-oriented Digital Retoucher to join our Image Lab in Columbus, OH. You will retouch and color correct assets for print and digital across multiple client projects, collaborating with creative and project management to ensure top quality and accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial retouching with Photoshop, a print/prepress background, and expert color correction skills. Onsite work with relocation bonus possible for those who relocate.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of commercial retouching using Photoshop.
• Print production/prepress background.
• Expert color correction across CMYK and RGB workflows.
• Experience with Smart Objects and non-destructive editing.

Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance high-quality images for print, digital, and cross-functional applications.
• Create and edit files for RGB and CMYK workflows.
• Maintain high quality control standards for all deliverables.
• Execute advanced retouching with strong eye for art, composition, and color.
• Follow established file build structures and department standards.
• Manage priorities and daily workflow to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with Project Management to keep projects on schedule.
• Process and convert files in bulk using actions and droplets.
• Help develop and improve workflow processes and best practices.
• Ensure proper naming conventions and organization of files and artwork.
