Skai is seeking an Expert Services Specialist to manage day-to-day campaign execution for enterprise clients on the Skai Retail Media platform. You will learn from experienced Managers and Directors and grow into a trusted practitioner who asks why the numbers moved.

Working with an Expert Services Manager and the Retail Media Expert Services Director, you will help deliver strong results for our clients. We are hybrid for the long term in Los Angeles with a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 plus

The Expert Services Specialist is the hands-on engine of our retail media delivery. You manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns for Skai's enterprise clients on the Skai Retail Media management platform, learn from experienced Managers and Directors, and grow quickly into a trusted practitioner who asks why the numbers moved, not only what moved.

Working with an Expert Services Manager and the Retail Media Expert Services Director, you will help deliver strong results for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day campaign management on assigned accounts, including builds, budget pacing, and bid and structure updates
• Monitor performance, spot anomalies and opportunities, and raise them with your Manager with a first view on the cause
• Prepare accurate, clear performance reports, contribute analysis to client reviews, and support clients with platform questions
• Use generative AI tools and automation to work faster and better, and contribute to team playbooks and process as you learn how each retail media network behaves

Position Requirements

We care more about what you have done than how long you have been doing it, so the requirements below are written as evidence rather than years. Expect to speak to them concretely.

What we need from you

• Hands-on exposure to paid ecommerce or search media, in a role, internship, agency or your own business, and you can describe what you did. Early-career candidates with strong evidence of aptitude are welcome.
• Data skills. Comfortable with Excel or similar tools and curious about what the data says.
• Clear communication, in writing and verbally.
• Attention to detail and reliability. You get the details right, meet deadlines and flag problems early.
• Willingness to learn, and interest in using generative AI tools such as Claude to work smarter.

Strongly preferred

• Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands or Sponsored Display experience
• Other networks, DSP or AMC exposure, such as Walmart, Instacart, Target or Amazon DSP
• Agency-side or client-facing experience, and experience with Skai or a comparable platform

Location and travel

• US-based
• Occasional travel as needed

We are hybrid for the long term - with a great home/ office work mix (three days in office per week), passionate and diverse team members, and a vibrant company culture.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
