Qualifications

• Mindset: detail-oriented, dependable, professional under pressure.
• Typing: 50 wpm with good accuracy.
• Willingness to obtain Notary Public license and CER certification with support.

Responsibilities

• Capture and preserve verbatim records of depositions and legal proceedings.
• Set up and test equipment to ensure flawless recordings.
• Administer oaths and maintain control of proceedings.
• Annotate testimony for transcription and search.
• Manage and secure exhibits and back up files.
• Build professional relationships with attorneys and clients.
